The customer has the right to refuse the ordered Product at any time before receiving it, and after receiving the Product - within 7 (seven) days, not counting the day of purchase.

The client does not have the right to refuse a Product that has individually defined properties, if the specified Product can be used exclusively by the client purchasing it.
At refusal of the Customer from the goods of good quality, the Seller must return to him the sum paid by the consumer under the contract, except for the cost of the seller on delivery from the consumer of the returned goods, not later than 10 days from the date the consumer the corresponding requirement.

Return of goods of improper quality.
A product of inadequate quality means a product that is not able to provide its functional qualities due to a significant defect (with the presence of defects/defects).
The buyer, who sold the goods of inadequate quality if it has not been stipulated by the seller, may opt to declare any of the following requirements:

replacement of the goods of similar brand (model, article) or the same product of another brand (model, article) with appropriate recalculation of the purchase price;
proportionate reduction of the purchase price;
gratuitous elimination of product defects or reimbursement of expenses for their correction by the buyer or a third party;
has the right to refuse to perform the contract and demand a refund of the amount paid for the goods.

When you return technically difficult goods of improper quality (a list of such goods is approved by Decree of the RF Government dated 10.11.2011 № 924 "On approval of the list of technically complicated goods») The buyer has the right to demand:
replacement for a product of the same brand (model, article) or for the same product of another brand (model, article) with the corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;
refuse to perform the contract and demand a refund of the amount paid for the product.

The online store has the right to refuse to exchange or return the product if it considers that the detected significant defect is the result of improper use of the product.
If there is a disagreement on the quality or the reasons for the shortcomings, the online store has the right to conduct an independent examination at its own expense. The buyer can participate in the examination and challenge its decision in court. If the examination results show that the defects of the product were caused by the Buyer, the buyer is obliged to reimburse the online store for the cost of the examination, as well as the costs of transportation and storage of the product associated with it.
