Diffusion filter Mist 1/2 is used to create a soft images.
The filter diffuses strong light without affecting the sharpness and contrast of the image. It is mainly used in portrait work. Small skin defects can be almost completely eliminated, and wrinkles can be softened.
Despite the fact that the main purpose of diffusion filters is portrait photography, they also work well when shooting landscapes at good side solar and especially contour lighting. Their effect can be compared to the “soft focus”effect. Using these filters, sharp borders are softened in the landscape.
Material of the filter is glass with high refractive index.
